Gone Fishing Day Carp Muster

Join OzFish & Northern Slopes Landcare for an exciting and family-friendly fishing carp muster!

Event Details:

• Registration & Sign-In:  Begins at 6:00 am at Jellico Park, Moree. Make sure to arrive early to get settled and ready for a great day.
• Competition Start: The fishing fun kicks off at 7:00 am. Grab your gear and get ready to cast your lines!
• Weigh-Ins: All carp catches need to be brought back to the registration area by 2:30 pm. Don’t miss the chance to see if your catch is a winner!

Event Highlights:

• Prizes: We’ll be awarding prizes for the best carp, mystery length, and there will be exciting raffle prizes for the day.
• Bait: Bait will be available on-site, but it’s offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so bring your own so you can ensure you’re well-prepared.
• Requirements: This is a CARP ONLY event! Please adhere to NSW Fishing regulations.
• What to Bring: Don’t forget essentials like sunscreen, a hat, your fishing gear, and closed-in shoes for safety.

• Free Community Event: Enjoy a complimentary BBQ lunch as part of the event. It’s a great opportunity to relax, mingle with fellow participants, and refuel after a morning of fishing.
