Our company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our team. As the Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining various organisational requirements, ensuring smooth operations and effective governance.
The position is 21 hours per week, working for a well-established community-based Landcare organisation located in Bingara, NSW.
We will be creating a talent list for future positions from applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain governance procedures to ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee financial administration tasks, including payroll processing, budget monitoring, and expense tracking using MYOB.
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow and timely task completion.
- Assist in project management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Manage contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and monitoring vendor performance.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Work, Health, Safety, and Environment (WHSE) management system.
- Manage the membership database, including data entry, updates, and communication with members.
- Handle organisational correspondence, drafting and editing emails, letters, and other communication materials.
- Identifying opportunities to grow the organisation
